Our Mission: Network to Plant 12 New Life-Giving Churches in 12 of Russia’s Biggest Cities in 36 months (or less)
We’re excited to be returning to Russia for our 23rd ministry visit where God has granted us such great favor. Since 1990, we have helped reap a harvest of multiplied thousands of souls. Despite rapidly increasing persecution, the hundreds of new life-giving churches that have been planted through the aegis of our ministries are increasingly vibrant and growing!
During the long, dark night of Communism, more than 60 million people were brutally executed by their Communist masters from Moscow. The leaders of the church - thrown into prison for as long as 28 years - not only survived but thrived. Even while in prison, these Christ-like leaders not only kept the faith, they shared the faith. And along with their faith – their numbers grew by leaps and bounds!
In whispered witness, souls were saved, new converts were baptized in the prison laundry rooms, Holy Communion and foot washing helped them bond into a sense of Christian Community – even inside the cold prison walls.
One such prisoner of the faith said to Carl Richardson in our School of Ministry in Moscow, “I spent many years of hell in prison, but now I can preach again! Thanks to God’s people in America, we now have a future!” He continued to Carl, “Many church leaders have come to Russia, and have made lots of promises to us. But YOU have KEPT your word and are helping us win our nation to the Lord and disciple our converts!”
Since 1990, we have continued our calling to minister beyond borders and somehow find a way to get behind doors closed to the gospel in a nation where atheism was taught in school for 75 years.
* God has helped us lead more than 100,000 souls to the Lord in Russia!
* More than a million Russian Bibles have been distributed!
* Over a million pounds of food has been distributed to the needy – all in the Name of Jesus, under the leadership of Ministry Strike Force Field Director, Dr. G.W. (Bill) Wilson of Washington, D.C. He also plans to help lead this total effort in 2008 - 2010 along with his team at World Class Cities International.
* Truckloads of clothing, medical supplies, musical instruments and professional sound-systems have been shipped in – all for the sake of souls!
* Of the 1,500 - 2,000 new life-giving churches which have been planted throughout this vast and ripened harvest field since 1990, many of the congregations now number into the thousands of active members, and are today poised as healthy, young mother churches!
Russia Reignited: Time is Running Out!
We believe the results will be HUGE! Our goal is to help plant 12 new churches in 12 of the biggest cities in Russia and the former USSR in the next 36 months (or less). We are renewing our networking partnership with Mikel French Ministries headquartered in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
Despite rapidly increasing persecution throughout that vast region amid every indication that Time IS Running Out, we believe that NOW is God’s time for us to move forward and join with our key Russian ministry partners there to help
